Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 0.5 whole Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 whole Chive
  • 8 ounce Salmon
  • 1 tbsp sesame

Instructions

  • Start by letting the salmon fillet rest in room temperature for 2 minutes
    Salmon Wild Caught Fillet
  • Rub salmon with the glaze we prepared (leave 1/3 of the glaze for later)
    Lemon Olive Oil Oregano Mix
  • Bring pan to medium heat (not high as it will burn the glaze)

  • When pan is heated pan roast salmon on each side for 5 minutes (don't let it overcook)
  • Take out salmon let it rest for 2 minutes
  • Pour the last 1/3rd of the glaze over the salmon
  • Pour chives and sesame seeds over to garnish
