- 1 tbsp Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 0.5 whole Lemon
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 0.5 tbsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 whole Chive
- 8 ounce Salmon
- 1 tbsp sesame
Start by letting the salmon fillet rest in room temperature for 2 minutes
Rub salmon with the glaze we prepared (leave 1/3 of the glaze for later)
Bring pan to medium heat (not high as it will burn the glaze)
When pan is heated pan roast salmon on each side for 5 minutes (don't let it overcook)
Take out salmon let it rest for 2 minutes
Pour the last 1/3rd of the glaze over the salmon
Pour chives and sesame seeds over to garnish
Enjoy!
